This stock has very great volume, sure to break 40cents level, more aggressive than SMT, which only manage 73M share, now Norelco is 40M share already.

will the bulls prevail in the end? |

This one hor....ipo price 21 cts...high already 39 cts....where got same....now 35.5..already a hefty yield of 70 % or a return of 1.7 |

Too many retailers mindlessly chase the stock because of SMT. SMt now 51 which is 65% above ipo. Norelco IPO at only 21 cents. So at 35 still a bit overvalued, espeically since stockist are not storming the share. When things become too predictable sometimes the opposite holds true. That's the contrarian mind set. Stockist maybe playing that to rip off retailers. Pls beware!! Furthermore when GES unsuspended, liquidity will move to eltech and GES. Interest in this share may tail down and the contra players who bought will be in trouble. Look at it at 32 cents. |

Norelco surge because of 2 things :
1) Effect of SMT running riot yesterday. 2) No public shares hence instutional investors are unloading the shares at very high price (57.14% premium) unlike SMT which opens at 19.3% premium then slowly crawling up. Better not chase Norelco at this price because analyst price based on forecast P/E of 9.9 is only $0.277. Instutional investors are always becoming richer at the expense of small retailers. Must ask SGX to reserve IPO for public to even the playing field. |

sad. but after analysing, maybe 3 reasons why it wont go up...
1) SMT ran riot on MAINBOARD by 75%, but this is already a 72% return on SESDAQ. Second borard stock don't usually perform better than mainbord upon listing. 2) SMT had a public tranche of 1.7 million shares, but it has a toal of only 27.5 million shares floated. The rest belonged to long time shareholders who may not want to sell. But for this counter, 33.8 millions shares issued and all by placement, but these placement holders are not long time shareholders and will probably release their shares with todays surge. 3) The PE ratio for SMT is much lower than that of Norelco. |

Check tis Out!!!!!
Microsoft, for one, touted its entrant in the growing market, announcing the sale date of its long-anticipated Xbox console, which will hit store shelves on for US$299. Around the same time, Nintendo will begin selling GameCube, its latest game console. Meanwhile, Sony highlighted significant content partnerships for its PlayStation 2 gaming system, including alliances with America Online, Cisco Systems and Macromedia. During the next five years, sales of game consoles, which will remain the dominant system, will rise 73 percent from $18.8 billion to $32.6 billion. In 2000, interactive TV and mobile-phone games generated $842 million in sales and in 2006 will account for $22.8 billion. Online games sales are expected to hit $5.6 billion. In the interim, the struggling video-arcades market will continue to see sluggish sales, falling from $13.9 billion in 2001 to $10.7 billion in the next five years. The U.S. electronic games market this year is expected to see sales of around $15.7 billion, with revenues expected to rise to $23.7 billion by 2006. Sales in other markets that have lagged, such as Asia-Pacific and parts of Europe, will see increased revenus, gaining some share of the overall sector. |
