I doubt the intention of the company to be listed in sgx.
Only 18 mil new shares are issued at $0.2 each, raising fund of 3.6 mil. But the company needs to pay ipo manager and underwriter abt 1 mil (correct me if I am wrong). The ratio of 27.78% (1/3.6) is ridiculous. |
